Paddock Command is an independent motorsport editorial and race-intelligence product operated by M3 Marketplace LLC. This policy applies to the Paddock Command website and the Paddock Command mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

Information used for push notifications

If you enable or register for push notifications in the mobile app, Paddock Command may process:

• a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token used to deliver notifications to your device;
• a randomly generated app/device identifier used by Paddock Command to manage that registration;
• device platform information, such as Android;
• the installed Paddock Command app version;
• your notification preferences, such as session reminders, intelligence alerts, weather alerts, results alerts, and reminder lead time;
• technical timestamps and delivery/status information used to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the notification service.

Information stored locally on your device

The mobile app may store app preferences, saved articles, cached editorial/data content, notification settings, and notification registration state in local app storage on your device. This supports offline reading and app functionality.

Website and network information

When the website or mobile app requests content from Paddock Command services, standard hosting, content-delivery, security, and infrastructure providers may process technical network information such as IP address, request time, user-agent information, and request logs as part of providing and protecting those services.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• deliver push notifications and local reminders you choose to receive;
• store and synchronize your notification preferences;
• provide current Paddock Command editorial, race-weekend, standings, and related app content;
• support offline/cached reading and saved-content features;
• diagnose delivery failures, prevent duplicate notifications, maintain service reliability, and protect our systems;
• improve and maintain the technical operation of Paddock Command.

We do not use push-notification registration information for advertising profiles.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Paddock Command relies on service providers to operate parts of the website and mobile app. Depending on the feature you use, these providers may process limited information on our behalf.

• Google Firebase / Firebase Cloud Messaging: used to register devices and deliver push notifications.
• Cloudflare: used for application infrastructure, backend services, security, data storage, and delivery-related processing.
• Website hosting and content-delivery providers: used to publish and deliver Paddock Command pages and mobile JSON content.

These providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data-processing obligations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not sell your push-notification token, notification preferences, or app-generated device identifier.

We may provide limited information to service providers when necessary to operate Paddock Command, deliver notifications, secure our systems, comply with law, or respond to lawful requests.

6. Data Retention

Notification registration and operational records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the notification service, maintain security and reliability, resolve delivery issues, or satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Device registrations that become stale or invalid may be deactivated. Local app data can generally be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

7. Your Choices and Controls

• You can choose whether to allow notifications through your device's operating-system settings.
• You can adjust Paddock Command notification preferences in the app.
• You can remove locally stored app information by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
• You may contact us for assistance concerning notification registration or privacy-related information associated with your use of the app.

8. Children

Paddock Command is a general-audience motorsport product and is not designed or directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly use the app to solicit personal information from children.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information processed by Paddock Command. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit the information collected by the app and use it only for the purposes described in this policy.

10. International Processing

Paddock Command and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where infrastructure or service providers operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Paddock Command features, legal requirements, or service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
